We offer standard ground shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
How do I return or exchange my footwear?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return label.
Are Teva sandals waterproof?
Many of our styles, particularly our sport sandals, are water-ready and quick-drying. However, leather or suede models should not be submerged. Please check the specific product description for water-resistance details.
How do I find the right size?
Our footwear generally runs true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for sandals and sizing up for closed-toe shoes. Detailed size charts are available on every product page.

Does Teva offer a warranty on products?
