At Teva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your adventure didn't go as planned, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on all items in new, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
